Hi everyone
Our annual distribution of our created items for the kids is Sunday July 14 (setup) thru Thursday July 17 (boxing up) at Grand Canyon University at 3300 W. Camelback and we are desperate for volunteers. Kids will be arriving 8:00 to 3:00 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the shifts 7:30 to 12:30 and 12:00-4:30 (you probably won’t be there that late). The shift for setup on Sunday 9-12 and boxing up on Thursday 8-11.

Please, please if you have any available time go to the website and sign up.
Go to the Back to School Clothing Drive Website. If you access from a computer, click on Support, from your phone click on the 3 horizontal lines on the right top and click on Support, then volunteers.
Scroll to the bottom and click on the Volunteer Sign-up tab
Fill in your information using no punctuation with the exception of your email address. At the bottom of your information, at Organization click on please select and scroll down to and click on Stitches of Love. Click on next
Review the shift details and WRITE DOWN the shift number of the shifts you want to work. Please note that these are not listed in date or shift number order!
At the bottom you will see which shift would you like to sign up for. Click on please select. You can only select one shift number. It will then ask you if you want to bring other guests related to me under the age of 14 to volunteer for this shift. If you are not, ignore and move to the next spot asking if you’d like to sign up for another shift. You need to select either yes or no to continue. You can then select your additional shift number. You can select additional shifts as you need. When you are completed, select no for additional shifts then click on Submit.
You should then see a thank you. Please do NOT hit your back arrow as it will duplicate your request. You also should receive an email for each shift. If you do not, please email me and I will check the next report I receive.
