Hi everyone!

Most of the issues with signing up for our distribution starting on July 16 have been resolved.  If you did not receive a confirmation email for each shift, please reach out to me and I will see if you are on the schedule.  I need everyone to sign up using your cell phone, tablet or computer.

The only spot you can use punctuation is your email. Do not use periods, commas or dashes/hypens anywhere else including address and phone number.
 
You will go to the Back to School Clothing Drive website (same place you use for Stitches of Love) and click on Sign up to Volunteer. This is where you will see the address of GCU and distribution dates. Click on Volunteer Sign Up

Fill in your personal information. For the organization, you will select BTSCD Stitches of Love. Click on Next. If you have made an error in keying your information it will reject, click on ok and what needs to be corrected will be highlighted. Correct and click on Next again.

Scroll down and you will see all the shifts with a shift number at the end. These shifts are NOT in date order.  Make a note of the shift number you wish to sign up for.  Stitches of Love will not need volunteers for the following shifts, Saturday July 15 and Friday July 21.  If you want to volunteer for Luke Air Force Base on Tuesday 8/1 you will need to email me NOT sign up for that shift as I will need to obtain a base pass for you.

Scroll down to the bottom to the statement Which shift would you like to sign up for? click on Please Select and enter only 1 shift number. Please do not use the other guests or signing up for another shift option as I don’t believe that is working properly. If you have others to sign up you will go the original sign up aand use their names and your information. 

VERY IMPORTANT  in I’d like to sign up for another shift you will need to select NO

Click on submit

This will bring up a monetary donation page.  If you don’t wish to donate, just X out of this page at the top of your screen.  You will then see the original volunteer screen where you will repeat your personal information to sign up for another shift.  I know that is a pain, but your device should remember your information when you begin to type and you can select it so it will go quickly.

You will receive a confirmation email for each shift you sign up for.  If you do not, please email me and I will request a report be run so we can see who has signed up.
