Great opportunity for students participating in our 2016 Distribution Event!
There will be a team of supervised dental students from A.T. Still University providing oral screenings, referrals, fluoride varnish application, and oral health education to the students participating in the Distribution Event.
If your students would like to participate, please have their parents / guardians complete the attached permission slip. You must bring these to the event or else the students will not be able to participate.
